Dearest Erin (the cheeseburger with everything!)
I was shocked and sorry to hear that your mom had passed away. I admired her as a mom and as a woman and remember some very great times, not only at the rink but also at the odd local golf tournament.
She was truly a lady!
My sincere condolences to you and your entire family. May she Rest In Peace...Carol (Wilkie) Shrumm

Rich and I always enjoyed talking with Helen while we visited in B.G. Erin, Frank, Doug and Families, we know that you are hurting now. Remember all the great things she did and stood for. Doug will continue to golf with the family now but she will look at his swing. We have donated to The Alzheimer Society.
With love,
Rich and Margaret Holmes and Mom Banovsky

Doug & family
I was saddened to read of Helen's passing. We shared a love of golf and a love of New Brunswick. We often compared stories of characters in the city we had in common - those who went to the ER and those who frequented the library. I was not aware of Helen's condition - we read of her brothers passing in the Telegraph and commented in hopes that you two might drop in for a visit on your way back east. Keep the faith Doug. Virtual hugs to you all.
Sincerely
April & Murray James

Doug and family, Paul and I were saddened to hear about Helen. Although it's been a few years since we seen both of you I will never forget her smile and kindness whenever you both came in to see your mom. It''s strange that Marta and I just mentioned her the other day. Most of the times we don't become friends with our residents families but you and Helen were ones who made taking care of your mom easier. You are in our thoughts during this difficult time.

Doug and family, so sorry for your loss. I have many happy memories of Helen, from working with her in the Emergency Department to having our marathon days golfing, and cross country skiing at the Pinery. Helen was very practical and spontaneous and I am glad to have known her as a friend.
