WILSON, Germaine Marie (nee Gagne) - Peacefully at Afton Park Place, Sarnia, Germaine Marie Wilson died on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Charles (1979). Loving mother of Marc Wilson, Sarnia and Andrew Wilson (Bonny), Edmonton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Ontario and Quebec. Predceased by her parents and her siblings. Germaine was born in Rimouski, Quebec in 1915. She was a long time parishioner of St. Benedict’s Church and a member of the Catholic Womans League. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel immediately following visitation on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, and in honour of her late husband, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 714 Lite St. Pt. Edward, N7V 1A6.
