Dear Aunt Irene, Bruce, Judy, Barbara & family. I'm so sorry for this painful time. I got this notice last evening from Walla Walla, and I write today on what was Mother's birthday (Anne Martynse). Though she has been gone since December 2014, it still, at times, isn't real for a few seconds. To be with someone for 64 years, and then they are gone is something so foreign, it is hard to fully believe it is possible.
I wish our family hadn't been spread so far apart across Canada and the U.S. so that we could have gotten to truly know one another and that I could be "there" for you now in a deeper way. I do have some beautiful memories from our family reunions and Expo '67 that I will always cherish.
I send you strength and peace and a reminder that no one can ever take your memories away from you.
Love,
Susan

Our most sincere condolences to you and your family Irene. I worked with Art for the six years Jan and I spent at the DuPont plant in Corruna. In fact since we lived anound the block, also car-pooled for most of that time. Art was a true engineer, precise, consistent, supportive, and wonderfully direct and honest. One could not but have the utmost respect and appreciation for him as a friend and colleague.
Great Memories,
Dave and Jan

Dear Amy and family,
Although we never met, there is still our family tie and that's why the message of my cousin Arthur's (for me sudden) death struck me so much.
I hardly know what to say in this case but to wish you any strength, these days and in future.
Be assured that I'm thinking of you.
My kindest regards,
yours Henk.
P.S. I got the message via Faye Maynard and for good order's sake I sent it on by e-mail to our cousins Annie Schilperoort-van Leeuwen and Cock Martijnse and I'll
also inform Sjaan Martijnse.
