We were saddened to hear of the passing of Bill. He held a special spot in the hearts of our parents and I know they valued his friendship. Regan had a connection with him as well as they often discussed their rheumatoid arthritis. We know he will be dearly missed.

Mary ,since you didn,t answer my email I sensed something was wrong. You and Bill have been long time friends . Bill and I go back to high school and rooming together for 2 years at Queens He has been a part of my life and I will miss him. Although we didn't see much of each other these last few years I always knew he would be there for me. Bill endured lots of pain ,but always perserved and contended with whatever he had to face with a smile . Bill was great husband to you and father to your children and took great joy talking about his grandchildren. May God Bless you and keep you in His hand of care. Murray

Mary, I didn't know that your dear husband, Bill was sick, and we are so saddened to hear of his death. Leo and I offer our sympathy, and i know you will be strong and survive. Our prayers are offered in his passing. It is so sad that we lose so many of our dear friends as the years go on. We two have been married for 56 years, but I am living in a assisted living for the rest of my life. God you bless you, and we will always know that life goes on. Arlene

My Dear Mary and Family, I am so very sorry to hear of Bill's passing, a great loss, my thoughts, love and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. I do have many happy memories of our time living in Sarnia, when all our children were little and they used play together, when we were at Deirdre's on Charlesworth Dr. many years ago now. We would like to send our deepest condolences along with our thoughts and prayers at this time... My fondest memory of Uncle Bill was "The trip to the Detroit Zoo".. Mostly when our balloons got away from Uncle Bill and my dad...and we were screaming soloud everyone in the parking lot heard us...we were then told " Don't worry Mary Poppins will get them" calmed us down though.. As well the trips down to Sarnia to visit with Mark, Greg and Lisa, Uncle Bill and Aunt Mary... We would go out the back door....and Uncle Bill would shout from the TV room...."close the door theirs a breeze ".....to this day couldn't figure how he could feel it.....RIP UNCLE BILL....GODSPEED!!!... OH say hi to Dad
