We are deeply saddened by the passing of Walter. He was a remarkable person, and we feel so fortunate to have had him as our neighbor.
Our children were always thrilled to see him when they were outside. Every time they spotted him, they would excitedly yell, “Hi Walter!” Walter would always take the time to come over, chat with them, and ask about their day.
Walter was always working on projects outdoors. Our son especially enjoyed visiting his garden, where they would pick tomatoes together.
We will forever cherish our memories of Walter and are grateful for the time we had with him. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Lana and the rest of the family.
