To the Cunningham Family,
So many wonderful memories, where to start? Both your Dad Jack, and Mary Fay treated my family like an extension of their own. I felt loved and cared for from child into adulthood. I remember the times they would come to the Windsor Casino with my folks for a try at the slot luck. It was a hoot to watch! I would meet them at the Tunnel BBQ for lunch, and they would always have a little toy for Rachel. Then there was the time on the farm in Brigden, all the animals.. Rachel was about 5 and the LLama’s ran and hopped over Rach and spit! Well, Doris and Mary Fay started laughing sooo hard, meanwhile, I was having a heart attack!! lol. Will never forget that day.
I hope that you find comfort in the many messages you receive.
With Love and Prayers,
Beth Levack-Pitre

I have wonderful memories of your mom, sitting in her cheerful garden, discussing writing with me. Her intelligence was unmistakable, as was her love of her family. I will keep her, and all of you, in my prayers.

I am so sorry to learn about the passing of your dear mother. My husband, Bruce, and I met your mom and dad years ago when they lived on Moore Line when they were involved with the Brigden and District Horticultural Society. As directors we took turns holding monthly meetings in our homes. We always looked forward to having our summer get togethers with a pot luck supper in your mom and dad's yard which included our families. Your mom and dad were wonderful hosts and we always had so much fun and laughter. We missed them when they moved into Sarnia. It was while they lived near Brigden that Fay and I discovered that we were related through the Scott side of the family. I always looked forward to my visits with your mom. She always called me cousin. You will miss her kind and loving ways. Sincerely, cousin Rosemary (Scott) Bradshaw

Very sorry to hear of Fay’s passing, our family grew up in the old neighborhood and although I was young I remember her as a very lovely lady. Fay came to my mom’s funeral a few years ago and it was so nice to see her and she was still the lovely lady I remembered. Enjoy all the good memories you have of your mom .
