Obituary of Patricia Lee Mitro

Patricia Lee Mitro (nee Aldridge) passed away suddenly on December 25th, 2023. Her Family have now entrusted her arrangements with McKenzie Blundy Funeral Home.  Cremation has already taken place.

Patricia was predeceased by her son Aaron Mitro (1999), parents Leo Aldridge (2011) and Alma Marie Lovejoy (2022).  Patricia is survived by her children Brendon Mitro (Girlfriend Naz), daughter Leah Mitro (Steve), grandson Icarus.  Also by her sisters Valarie Sawdon (Bill) and Terrie Sygit (Ken).  She will always be missed and cherished by all her nieces and nephews.

For all those who knew Patricia, they’ll remember her fun, kind, caring, generous, and encouraging nature.  Her purest self would always wish to inspire and promote positivity to those around her as she has touched so many lives with this philosophy.   She always loved to quote from the ‘book’, and anyone that remembers these moments knows how special they really were.

Patricia’s wishes where to have a celebration of life at her favourite restaurant (Paddy Flaherty’s) in lieu of a funeral service.  Please share fond memories and stories, enjoy and play music, good company and good food/ beverages.   Food and beverage sales go toward the event costs, so please enjoy yourselves!
