Obituary of Peter Vennari

VENNARI, Pietro “Peter” – Peter passed away peacefully with his family by his side at St. Joseph’s Hospice on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the age of 65. Loving father of Shawn and Ashley Vennari. Dear brother of Elena DiCarlo (Dominic) and Frank Vennari (Jenny). Uncle of Joe DiCarlo, Melissa Prue (Robert) and Paul & Mark Vennari. Also survived by the mother of his children Nancy Vennari and his Zia Eva DeSantis (Armando) and Zia Olga Gagliardi.  Predeceased by parents Luciano and Erminia (Gagliardi).

Peter was a labourer with local 1089 for over 25 years.  He loved to work on cars and in his garden.  Spending time with his family gave him great joy.

Visitation will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, on Thursday, March 30, 2023, from 7-9 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, March 31^st at 11:00 a.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
