Obituary of Bronislawa Julianna De Araujo Viana

DE ARAUJO VIANA, Bronislawa “Bernice” – Died peacefully at home, with her family at her side. Beloved wife of Luiz for 47 yrs. Loving mother to Ann-Marie and Dwayne, Angela and Abelardo, and Sylvia and Gaelan. Cherished grandmother of Selena, Eoghan and Sawyer. She is also survived by many brothers & sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bernice was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Spending time with her family and friends brought her great pleasure, and her commitment to others was beyond compare.  For over 50 years, Bernice was an active member of the Polish community in Sarnia and a dedicated parishioner of Queen of Peace Church. She left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered in all aspects of her life.

Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, followed by a luncheon at the Polish Hall. Interment is at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
