Obituary of Victoria Boydell

BOYDELL, Victoria – Peacefully at Fairfield Park Nursing Home, Wallaceburg, Victoria Boydell died on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the age of 98.  Beloved wife of the late James Boydell (2001).  Loving mother of Denise Rankin and her husband Gerald, Sombra and James Boydell & his wife Linda, Port Lambton.  Cherished grandmother of Laura Boydell.  Proud great-grandmother of Brody & Olivia. Predeceased by her parents Herbert & Margaret Langdon and her 10 siblings; Howard, Edward, Ralph, Archibald, Gilbert, Reena, Lillian, Marcia, Violet and Mabel. 

Victoria loved to dance, especially to her favorite song “In the Mood” by Glen Miller.  She was a quiet soul and enjoyed peaceful times reading a good book.  She will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered. 

A private burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (519-344-3131).  As an expression of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 415 Exmouth St., Sarnia, N7T 8A4.
