Obituary of Nancy Marie Thomas

THOMAS, Nancy Marie – Nancy passed away at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Monday, May 30, 2022, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Donald (1987). Dear mother of Daniel Thomas (Merry), Timothy Thomas, Patricia Clement (late Harry) and Paul Thomas (Denise). Sister of Patsy Sedgbeer (late Dennis), Sally Toms (Havelyn) and Robert DeMarco (Mary). Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents William & Simone DeMarco and by brothers Bill, Michael and Terry DeMarco and sister Della McGuillion. Nancy wanted to thank all the family on the Thomas side for always treating her like a sister. She was a resident of Point Edward all her life. Nancy’s friends were very important to her. Her family would like to thank her PSW Roberta for providing such wonderful care and Margaret Potter from Sacred Heart Church who brought her communion and treats. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. Please come and recite the rosary with the family at 12 noon at the church.
