Obituary of Brendan Seamus Moore

MOORE, Brendan Seamus – Brendan passed away with his family by his side, after a short illness at University Hospital, London on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Jacqueline for almost 50 years. Dear father of Shane Moore (Anita) and Shannine Van Dinther (Steve). Loving granddad to Tyler Smith (Ashley), Keira Van Dinther, Maddie Moore and Lexy Moore. Great-granddad to Declan Smith. Brother of Patsy, Gerard, Irene, Joan, Marie, Eleanor, Bernie, Geraldine and Carmel. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Hugh and Kathleen Moore, sisters Maureen, Jennifer and Kathleen. Brendan retired in 2014 from Hertz Equipment Rentals after 40 years of service. As per Brendan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (519)344-3131. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
