JAKUBOWSKI, Barbara Helen – Barbara died at Bluewater Health on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late John. Dear mother of Donna Jakubowski and Mark Jakubowski. Sister of Mikolaj Mikolajczak (Maria), and Izabela Gadalinska (Ted) all in Poland. Predeceased by parents Stanislaw & Helen Mikolajczak and brother Dionizy Mikolajczak (Jadwiga).
