Dear Bill and family:
On behalf of my brother and sisters, I offer prayers and sympathy for the repose of Vi’s soul.
Living a good long life, as she did, you will have many memories to cherish. May God grant all of you His peace and may Vi be rewarded for the good she has done in this life. May she Rest In Peace.
(Lots of fond memories of the neighbours on Morris and Academy Drive days!)

Your mom was a woman I greatly respected. She was always the epitome of a class act. She never demanded to be the center of attention, and would let your dad shine or let Terry Marentette have the floor. She was always so supportive. She was kind and always had a ready smile. I know that your family will miss her terribly, but you will always be comforted by the many good memories you have of her in your heart(s). Cherish these. She was one of a kind. May she rest in peace.

Mr Marentette and family,
Our sincerest condolences for the passing of Mrs Marentette. We were very saddened to read about it in the Windsor Star this morning. We always enjoyed visiting with the two of you when you attended for your dental appointments prior to moving away. We have missed the energy, goodness and human joy that you brought with you to each appointment. Thank you for enriching our days.
God bless you and your family.

Vi and I were good friends for over 60 years. We thoroughly enjoyed each others company. Such great memories! I missed her when she moved to Sarnia but realized it was time. We talked and remembered. She was so blessed with such a wonderful family
and loved to talk about them. All the grandchildren and great grandchildren; She was so proud.
I am so lucky to have had Vi in my life and will treasure those times.
I can't honestly say "our bridge improved".
Stay well and safe

Bill, Carol, Susan & Nancy,
My sincere condolences on the loss of your wife/mother. I have fond memories of you all living across the street on Morris drive. My parents used to bowl with them in the "old" days and I think my brother babysat the girls. May your many memories bring you peace in the coming days.
Sincerely, Joanne Johnston Gibbs
