Paolo always strived to ensure his family came first. His most treasured and precious moments were shared with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was born on July 20th, 1932 in the town of Olmedo (SS) Italy. It was here that he met the love of his life at the age of 21, married in 1957 and departed for Montreal, Canada only one month later to selflessly and courageously provide for his family. During his time in Montreal, he established and cherished many loyal and loving friendships, whose love will always continue on. Paolo was such an inspiring man who overcame many obstacles with hard work, love and dedication to create such a beautiful life. He was very involved in the Italian community and loved to spend time with his friends at the Dante Club and the Bocciofila. His life was a blessing and he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Words cannot describe how beyond blessed and thankful to Dr. Evan Lilly and all of the St. Joseph’s Hospice staff, caregivers, and friends and family for their love and compassionate care.
