Obituary of Cyril Francis Hudson

HUDSON, Cyril Francis – Cy passed away at Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the age of 90. Born in Yorkshire, England on January 14, 1930, he was the son of the late Francis & Jane Ann (Turner).  Beloved husband of the late Thomasina “Ena” (nee Maggs) for over 60 years.  Father of Steven Hudson, Susan Van Hooft (John), Jane Ann Hudson all of Sarnia and Mary Rottmann (Paul) of Calgary.  Cherished Grandfather of Johnny Van Hooft (Genny), Andrea Van Hooft and Adam Laker (Stephanie).  Special Great-Grandfather of Savanah and Hayley “T” Van Hooft, Bella and Wyatt Laker. Also surviving are Cy’s special friends John & Wanda Philbin, Point Edward and many nieces and nephews in England. Predeceased by brother Stanley Hudson and sister Blanche Riley.
