Obituary of Roger Martel

MARTEL, Emile Roger – Roger passed away at Trillium Villa, Sarnia on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the age of 65. Dear son of the late Rolland & Adeline Martel. Brother of Diane Lamarche (Ron) and Frank Martel (Danielle). Proud uncle of Denise Lamarche (Dan Pontefract), Richard Lamarche, Suzanne Percival (Chris), Stephanie Anger (Les), Jean-Pierre Martel (Nicole) and Renee Martel. Also surviving are many great-nieces and nephews. Roger’s family would like to thank the staff of both Trillium Villa and Community Living for being just like family to him. Roger was a people person and loved to meet new people and getting to know them. He made friends with everybody and had to know your name. A cemetery remembrance service will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, Sarnia and will be officiated by Fr. Kathemo Mukucha.
