Obituary of David John Conlon

CONLON, David John – David passed away peacefully but unexpectedly at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at the age of 87. Dear father of Fran Fraser (Keith), Beeton, the late Sharon Conlon, Woodstock, Kathleen Conlon (Reg), Barrie and Tracy Tooke (Tony), Chateauguay, QC. Loving poppa of Tonia, Allan, Shayne, Chantele, Lauren and Anthony. Big poppa of Tyler, Brooke, Brandon, Tiana, Haley, Rori, Emma, Austin, Blake and Aria. Brother of Rose Mary Ewing (Buck), Sombra, Connie Bogart (Art), Port Lambton, Helen Paradis (Leonard), Sarnia, the late Harry Conlon (Marjorie), Port Lambton, Margie Johnson (Pete), Port Lambton and the late Kenneth Conlon. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Frank & Geraldine (Hinnegan) Conlon. David was a retired heavy equipment operator and was a 60 year member of Local 793. The memorial service was held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia. Interment of ashes in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Port Lambton.
