Obituary of Lena Devereaux

DEVEREAUX, Lena (Maccio) – Lena passed peacefully in her sleep at Trillium Villa on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late John Joseph (Jack) Devereaux. Dear mother of the late Jim Devereaux (late Patti), Kathy Walker (Andy), Sarnia, Carol Joncas (Jamie Archer), Sarnia and Mike Devereaux (late Debbie), Windsor. Loving grandmother of Paul (Mark), Brian (Lynn) and Jeff (Jen) Devereaux, Scott Walker (Laura) and Craig Walker (Samantha), Danny  Joncas (Andrea) and Adam Joncas (Catherine) and Brad Devereaux (Lara) and Nikki Gauder (Ryan). Great-grandmother of Lauren, Katelyn, Stephanie, Jamie, Giulliana, Connor, Olivia, Declan, Lauren, Stella, Griffin, Dane, Kolton, Zachary and Blaise. Predeceased by parents Giovanni & Nicoletta Maccio, brothers Carlo and Julio and sister Rita McHenry. Lena’s family would like to thank the staff of Trillium Villa for the care and compassion shown to mom during her stay there. Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Church (corner Charlesworth & Lecaron) on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 9:30-10:50 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow immediately in the church at 11 a.m. Private family burial in Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431. N.
