Obituary of John Fearnley Bristol

BRISTOL, John “Jack” – Jack died peacefully at Bluewater Health – Palliative Care with his loving wife Donna at his side on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Donna (Luckins) and the late Jean (Christie). Dear brother of Mary Williams (Cecil), Oshawa. Special uncle of Janet and Carol, Pittsburgh. Step-father of Ruthann Caroline (Michael), Thomas Rivers (Donna) and Daniel Rivers (Monika). Also surviving are many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jack worked at Dow Chemical as a Chemical Engineer, retiring in 1987. He was a member of the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club and was an active member of St. Paul’s Anglican Church. The memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 210 Michigan Ave., Point Edward. The family will receive friends in the parish hall immediately following the service. Family interment to take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto.
