Obituary of Dianne Cecilia Sprenger

SPRENGER, Dianne Cecilia (Musclow) – After a very brief illness Dianne passed away at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Gerhard (Gerry) Sprenger. Dear mother of Julia Marsh (Glen), Sarnia and Louis Sprenger (Shauna Carr), Sarnia. Much loved sister of Pam Williams (Mike), Kitchener and Marion Hinz (John), Kitchener. Adored sister-in-law of Hermine Schuster, Kitchener and Helen (Tom) Scott, Meaford. Missed by her nieces and nephews and her fur grandbabies. Predeceased by brother William (Billy) Musclow and his wife Stella and nephew Rick Schuster. Dianne was a devout Catholic who lived and loved following the edicts of her faith.  Her love for the Lord was so closely followed by her love for her family, especially her children and the very special bond she had with her sisters and sisters-in-law.  Dianne spent most of her adult life in Sarnia but her hometown of Kitchener always held a special place in her heart.  Her giving spirit will forever be remembered by her many friends from St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, The Associates of the Sisters of St. Joseph and the Diner’s Club at Parker St. United Church.  Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church.  Cremation to follow.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society, 131 Exmouth St., Sarnia, N7T 7W8 or St. Joseph’s Hospice, 475 N. Christina St., N7T 5W3. Messages of condolence and memories may be left at www.mckenzieblundy.com
