STENKAMP, Paula Josephine – Paula passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Bluewater Health on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Werner. Dear mother of Bernd Stenkamp (Kathy), Sarnia and Ellen Stenkamp (Jan Diestel), Germany. Loving grandmother of Nick Stenkamp (Lindy) and Kara Stenkamp (Adam Henry). Great-grandmother of Oliver and Logan. Sister of Willy, Werner and Franz Lage, Germany. Predeceased by her parents Heinrich & Anna Lage, brother Heinrich Lage and sister Agnes Lage. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St. Sarnia on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 10 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may make donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice, 475 N.
