Obituary of Margo Donaldson-Salts

DONALDSON-SALTS, Margo - Surrounded by her family and close friends at St. Joseph’s Hospice on Monday, July 30, 2018 at the age of 64. Loving mother of Corry Salts (Mike Marciniszyn) and Jessica (Salts) Odrcich (Peter). Dear sister of Gregory "Harry" Donaldson of Calgary, Peter Donaldson and his wife Pauline, Alan Donaldson, and Shawn Donaldson all of Sarnia.  Proud grandmother of Claire Odrcich. Beloved daughter of the late James and Sophia (Vi) and sister of the late Jay & Bruce Donaldson. Affectionately known as Mommy Margo to many nieces and nephews. A great lover of animals, many knew Margo from her years of service at Pet Valu. We will all remember Margo's generosity and willingness to open her home to friends who quickly became like family. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, on Thursday from 7-9 and Friday from 2-3 p.m. A memorial service will be held immediately following visitation in the chapel at 3 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Humane Society, 131 Exmouth St., N7T 7W8 or St. Joseph's Hospice, 475 N.
