Obituary of Jewell Ann Bedard

BEDARD, Jewell Ann (Stewart) – It is with deeply saddened hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother. In the presence of her family Jewell ended a long and hard fought battle at the age of 79. Dear mother of Christine Bedard (Mike Eaton), Sarnia, Richard Bedard (Josie), Surrey, B.C. and Michael Bedard (Lorrie), Sarnia. Cherished Nan of Jeremy Eaton (Tara), Kelly, Anthony, Angelica, Troy and Jake Bedard, Shaun, Trena and Trevor Bedard (Darcy). Great-Nan of 10. Sister of Ken Stewart (Joan), Gananaque, ON, Bonnie Walsh (late Peter), Boston, Gerald Stewart (Carol), Corunna, Bill Stewart (Linda), Blue Point and Mary Bailey, Nova Scotia. Jewell will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and dear lifelong friends. Predeceased by son Darryl Bedard (1998), grandson Corey Bedard (2016), parents Dorothy & Daniel Stewart and 3 infant siblings. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 11:30-12:45 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
