In a small town near Windsor on November 12, 1924, Elizabeth Thibeault gave birth to her second daughter, Sarah Virginia. Sarah Virginia is the sister of Edward, Frank and Betty. Virginia, as she liked to be known had worked in Windsor and later joined the Canadian Armed Forces. While in the army, she met her future husband Edward William Schramek who was from a family of 10 in Windsor. Once the war was over, Edward & Viriginia married and settled in Sarnia on Copland Road. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Francis & Elizabeth Thibeault and her siblings. Virginia worked as a RNA at St. Joseph's Hospital, Emergency Department for 25 years after the death of her husband in 1968. We believe her legacy was never to give up.
