Obituary of Betty Irene Robinson

ROBINSON, Betty Irene - At Fiddick's Nursing Home on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late W. Clifford Robinson. Dear mother of Connie Archer (Jim), Sarnia and Thomas Robinson (Ruth), Point Edward. Loving grandmother of Ryan (Jennie), Somer (Joe) and Nick (Brandy). Great-grandmother of Justyn, Mason, Joshua, Jacob, Charlotte and Hanna. Sister of Norma Allan, Grimsby and Wyn Hall, London. Predeceased by parents Thomas & Elizabeth Hall and by sisters Doreen Drury, Ellen Hall and Hilda Telfer. Betty graduated from Brantford Collegiate in 1943. She trained as an R.N. at Brantford General Hospital from 1943-1946. Betty was head nurse at 3 North at St. Joseph's Hospital, Sarnia and later became Infection Control Officer of the 3 Lambton County Hospitals until her retirement. Cremation has taken place. Private family arrangements entrusted to the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 519-344-3131.
