We were very sorry to hear of Gord's passing. It's so hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful man. What lovely words were written in his obituary. We didn't know him well but over the years when I (Susan) visited Gord and Fran with my parents (Marion and Bruce), I do remember how gentle and loving he always was. What a blessing for him to die so peacefully with his family around him. Those who have been lucky enough to have been in Gord's life or even have crossed paths with him are richer for having met him. Heaven has just got another angel. I will always remember that smiling face and a quiet hello as he is taking the garbage out.Gord and my father were like two washer women always cabitzing on what next project the two of them were going to get into next.He would pop his head over the fence to see how things were. You will be missed but you are in the right place with Fran.now
