HANLON, Allan Vincent – Surrounded by his family & friends at Bluewater Health, Palliative Care, Allan Hanlon died on Friday, October 13, 2016 at the age of 69. Loving brother of Elaine Hanlon (Jim Campbell), Oshawa and the late James Hanlon & his wife Dianne, Oshawa. Cherished uncle of Meaghan Hanlon (Scott Wilkinson), Toronto, Melissa Hanlon (Mario Zahra), Toronto and Melanie Hodkinson (Darren), Oshawa. Great uncle of Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Kathryn and Lauren. Cherished and devoted friend of Jo-Ann Pinel. Predeceased by his parents Veronica & Mervyn Hanlon. Allan worked for Sterling Mutual as a Certified Financial Planner. Born in Oshawa, Allan has been a long time resident of Sarnia. Visitation will be at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, 6-9 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. David Johnston at Sacred Heart Church on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
