WHAT A LADY!!! I can not count the number of times Dorothy would call me over and tell me what a good job I was doing or to show some kind of support. She ALWAYS had a smile to share and taught me how important it was to make others smile. She certainly will be missed but always in our hearts. I am quite sure she is already kicking up her heals up there in heaven. Look out Dorothy has arrived. God bless you my friend.

Mary Lynne, Heather, Janey
Just had a call from Nancy Hartle, Jackie Neeley's daughter, who told me one of my favourite people had not quite made it, but damn near, to 100. You all have a special place when I recall my youth in Sarnia - ball, water skiing, proof reading voter lists, all those socials at your place on the water. Dorothy,s hospitality was unmatched; she was outspoken, funny and so loyal to her friends, my mother included. I am remembering you all fondly.

I am so sorry to hear about Dorothy. From what I can remember she was very sweet to me as well as to my parents, Paul and Lillian Bentein. I can remember visiting their place in Corunna and think about them whenever we tour around Corunna. I wish I could remember the stories that my Dad told me about him and Vince when they worked at Shell. Lots of stories. Rest in peace Dorothy.

Always loved Dorothy...her spirit, her energy, her sense of humour. Many fond memories of visits by the river, meals at her beautiful home and of course friendship with the family. She has a place in my heart forever.

Dear Heather and all the Family,
My deepest sympathy to all the family on the sad loss of dear Dorothy. Her presence will be dearly missed but her wise words will be remembered. Poet John Milton wrote that "Death is the golden key that opens the palace of eternity." Dorothy has entered the palace and will now watch over us. A lovely consolation.
With love and prayers,
Mary
