OLIVEIRA, Maria Gloria (nee Estrela) - With her family by her side at Strathroy Middlesex Health Alliance, Maria Oliveira died on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Agostinho Oliveira (1998). Loving mother of Fatima Ataide, London, Ana Scott & her husband Dave, London and Fernanda Estoesta & her husband J.J., Chatham. Cherished grandmother of Matthew Ataide (Maira), Cambridge, Ashley LeBlanc (Bruce), Barrie, Daniel Scott (Jerusha), Dashwood, Amanda Bakker (Calvin), Simcoe, Katie Berry (Dan), Oshawa, Jim Scott (Katlyn), Delaware, Jake Scott (Josslyn), Delaware, Samantha Estoesta Williams (Justin), Kitchener and Sarah Estoesta-Boundy (Brent), Chatham. Great-grandmother of Isabella Ataide, Evelyn & Cadence Berry and Timothy Bakker. Dear sister of Conceicao Ponte (Orlando) Brampton, Gabriela Soares (Manuel), Toronto, Liduina Lopes (late Manuel), Brampton, the late Januario Estrela (Florinda) Portugal, Salvador Estrela (Elizabeth), Brampton, Joao Manuel Estrela (Louisa), Toronto. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Marcelino & Ursulina Estrela. Maria was an extremly generous person who's passion was her family. She loved to cook, bake and sew. She will be forever loved and remembered for her generosity and love of family and friends. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Steve Savel at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church on Saturday following visitation at 2:00 p.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
