This man will be very missed by all of his daughters, grand children and the rest of the world. As mentioned Bruce was a man of science which I very much respected him for!
His postings on FB and our conversations years ago made him who he was "Bruce".
You will be very missed Bruce by all you have touched over the years/decades!
You are now in a better and pain free place! RIP

Hello,
I knew Bruce, a good facebook buddy, for a little over two years.
In that time, he never failed to encourage, support, and be very kind to others. Everyone, actually. I sincerely never recall he being anything less than understanding and gracious, no matter how heated a discussion became. Had real class among his peers.
He was widely acknowledged to be a king of non sequiturs, and joked about it too, intentionally bringing Skruffy into an argument to diffuse the situation. Always worked! A smart, insightful man to whom the people involved were way more important to any instant issue.
He obviously loved Pa and his family deeply, always speaking glowingly of them. A grateful man, easily recognizing his bounty in life. And he did have bounty in you all.
I wish I knew him longer and better, but remain grateful for having known him at all. Salt of the earth. Not many like him.
I'll certainly miss him.
Thank to his family to allow me to write this. Godspeed to you all.
Sincerely,
Michael Syroid
