Obituary of Dick Lewis

LEWIS, G. Richard "Dick" – Suddenly on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Lynda (Russell). Dear father of Mark Lewis, Mission, B.C. and Juliet Lewis & husband John Visosky, Vandorf, ON. Loving grandfather of Natasha and Alexandra. Brother of Bill (Millie) Lewis, New Westminster, B.C. and Jack (late Gwen) Lewis, London. Dick was a longtime employee of Sarnia Hydro. He was a faithful member of All Saints Anglican Church (St. George's). For years Dick entertained many, "keeping the beat" as the drummer of the Polysar Glee Club and the 4D's of the 40's. Dick logged 2800 hours flying with the RCAF (Reece's Corners Air Force). Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N. on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, Sarnia (corner of Vidal & Charlotte) on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 11 a.m. and will be officiated by the Rev. Steve Harnadek. Cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to All Saints Anglican Church, 248 N.
