Obituary of Diane Marie Yvette Woolley
WOOLLEY, Diane Marie Yvette – Surrounded by her family and friends at Bluewater Health on Sunday, July 5, 2015 Diane Marie Yvette Woolley (Gagné) died at the age of 64. Beloved wife of Reverend Paul Woolley. Loving mother of Chantal Woolley, Victoria, B.C. and Rachelle Woolley, Sarnia. Dear sister of Pierre Gagné & his wife Micheline, Quebec, Louise Gagné, Quebec and Jean-Charles Gagné, Sarnia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Guy & Thérese Gagné and in-laws John & Florence Woolley. Diane worked as an Engineering Clerk for the City of Sarnia for close to 30 years. Diane’s passion was her family. She loved to garden, read (especially murder mysteries), and was a fan of mystery shows and movies. Diane had great patience and was inclusive of everyone. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Thursday, July 9th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Thanksgiving for Diane’s life will be held Friday, July 10th at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Anglican Church, 248 Vidal St. N., Sarnia. The Celebrant will be the Rt. Rev. Terry Dance assisted by Canon Steve Harnadek and Rev. Mary Belnap. Family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to service time. A tree will be planted in memory of Diane Woolley in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest. Dedication service Sunday, September 20th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wawanosh Wetlands Conservation Area.
