Obituary of Frank Domenichini

DOMENICHINI, Frank - Surrounded by his loving family at Alexandria Hospital, Ingersoll, on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, Frank Domenichini died at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Jeanne (MacLeod) and the late Karen (Boike) (2011). Loving father of Danielle Domenichini (Ian) and Lauren Domenichini (Jamie) Violo. Proud grandpa of Gracie, his pride and joy. Step-father of Brian MacLeod (Tina), Carrie Renaud (Pete), Melissa McCrea (Paul), John MacLeod (Jen), Jason MacLeod (Mellissa) and Dorothy MacLeod (Ryan). Dear grandpa of Nathan, Anderson, Griffin, Brodie, Ethan, Casey, Hannah, Lucas, Adien, Ashton, Alexis, Keren, Kinsley, Georgia, Nova, Jacob, Joshua, Mika, Maddi and the late Payton. Dear brother of the late Tony Domenichini (2003) and his wife Pam and their children Christina, Angela, and goddaughter Alessandra. Cherished son of the late Assunta and Loreto Domenichini. Also survived by many extended family members. Frank was a self-employed carpet layer for over 25 years. He was a previous member of the Knights of Columbus Sarnia Council and a member of the Chatham Kent Cursillo Movement. Frank's passion was his family and friends. He loved to spend time cooking for them and for many worthy organizations and family gatherings. Volunteering his time to help others was something that Frank loved to do. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, 2015 where prayers will be offered at 3:00 p.m. by Fr. Vince Gulikers. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by The Most Reverend Donald Theriault at Sacred Heart Church on Monday, May 25th at 11:00 a.m. Entombment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
