Obituary of Rene Maurice Riopel

RIOPEL, RENE – Died at Vision Nursing Home on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Yolande. Dear father of Richard & his wife Mary Lou, Sarnia, their children Tracy (Bill) and Jeff (Michelle) and their children; Ronald, Calgary and his children Robert, Raymond, Ryan and Rhonda; and Mona Boskovic & her husband Eli, London and their children Luke and Jacqueline. Also surviving are several brothers in Quebec. Predeceased by parents Viateur and Alphonsine and several brothers and sisters. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N. on MONDAY from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church on WEDNESDAY at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
