HARRIS, Glenn Joseph – Peacefully in the loving arms of his family on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the age of 37. Beloved son of Ken & Joyce Harris, Sarnia. Dear brother of Todd Harris & his wife Vivian Hall, Guelph and Mandi Harris, London. Uncle and friend of Aidan and Jude Harris. Cherished grandson of Muriel Thisdelle, Sarnia. Glenn’s family wishes to extend their most heartfelt gratitude to the many family members and friends who have supported them through his illness. They also wish to thank the staff and volunteers of St. Joseph’s Hospice whose tremendous empathy eased the burden of Glenn’s final days. Glenn was the Ultimate Fan of Ultimate Fighting and Mixed Martial Arts and both organizations upon hearing of Glenn’s illness demonstrated unprecedented compassion and empathy for which Glenn’s family will be eternally grateful for as their sincere display of support brought pride, joy and dignity to Glenn’s final days. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jim Higgins at St. Benedict’s Church on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice, 475 N.
