SOLOMON, Marian Henderson (nee Watt) – At Bluewater Health, succumbed to sudden heart failure on Friday, January 22, 2010. Born in Inverness, Scotland in 1933. She emigrated to Canada with her husband, Lee, and two children in 1960. She leaves behind her husband of 52 years, daughter Jill Phillips, grandchildren Josh and Emily in Markham, and sister of Ann Pountney and her husband Weldon (Red), of Renfrew. Predeceased by her son Graham. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, on Tuesday, January 26 from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service and interment in Lakeview Cemetery will be private. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to Heart & Stoke Foundation of Ontario, 774 London Rd., Sarnia, ON, N7T 4Y1.
