POWELL, Robert Grant “Bob” – At Bluewater Health, Mitton Site on Sunday, November 1, 2009, Bob died at the age of 83. He is survived by his sister Mary Moulden, many nieces and nephews, as well as great and great-great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Cora and Ernie “Jack” Powell, brothers Bruce, Allan and James. A special thank you to Bob’s many, many good friends at Orchard View Campground for their friendship over the years. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held in the summer at the Orchard View Campground, where he was a summer resident since 1964. Close to Bob’s heart was the BBQ and benefit at the campground, in memory of Tyler Banks, supporting the Muscular Dystrophy Association. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada, 2345 Yonge St., Suite 901, Toronto, ON, M4P 2E5 in support of next years BBQ which will be held Labour Day Weekend 2010. Arrangements entrusted to the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 519-344-3131.
