WILLIAMS, “Peggy” Margaret – At Bluewater Health, Mitton Site on Friday, April 17, 2009, Peggy died peacefully with family by her side at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Ivan (1993). Loving mother of Margaret (Mick) Conrad, Sarnia, Gary Williams, Bright’s Grove, Lee (Karen) Williams, Camlachie, and Kathie “Kasey” Williams, Owen Sound. Proud grandmother of Scott, Jeff, Lisa, Jason, Jeremy, Jennifer, Robin, Kyle and Coulton; and great-grandmother of Brooke, Travis, Lindsay, Arynn, Abby, Sydney, Gavin, Madison, Miley, Austin, Brandon, Brent, Max and Hannah. Dear sister of Susan Meval, Owen Sound. Peggy loved playing Bridge and met with friends several times a week to play. She was a member of the CWL for over 50 years and was one of the founding members of the St. Benedict’s CWL. Peggy loved her family and enjoyed all the family gatherings. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will offered at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Matthew Bedard at St. Benedict’s Church on Monday at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow with a private family interment at Greenwood Cemetery in Owen Sound. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 714 Lite St., Pt. Edward N7V 1A6. Dedication service Sunday, September 20th, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wawanosh Wetlands Conservation Area.
