GOSSELIN, Guy – Surrounded by his loving family at Bluewater Health, Mitton Site on February 26, 2009, Guy died suddenly at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Agatha “Aggie” Gosselin (Sowinski) for 57 years. Loving father of Diane (Joe) Szymaniak, Jerome “Jerry” (Brenda) Gosselin, Ralph (Lou Ann) Gosselin, all of Sarnia, Jane (Mike) Stevens, and Norm (Jill) Gosselin of Bright’s Grove. Proud grandfather of Michael (Anne Marie), Steve and Jessica Szymaniak, Christopher and Dayna Gosselin, Jason and Krista Gosselin, Colin Stevens, Amber and Adam Gosselin; and great-grandfather of Riley and Haley. Dear brother of Muriel (Joe) Jacksic, Peggy (Peter) Sowinski, Gisele Howe, Madeline Gosselin, Celine (Al) Clark, Michel (Jeanine) Gosselin, and brother-in-law of Therese Gosselin. Predeceased by his parents Jeanette and Lucien, an infant brother, his brother Jeff and brother-in-law Hector Carriere, Lloyd Howe. Guy was awarded with 40 years of safe driving with Allied Van Lines and Bulk Carriers. He was the proud owner of Gosselin Trucking and past president of the Truckers Association of Sarnia. Guy was an active member of St. Benedict’s Church, member of the Knight’s of Columbus and active with the Strangway Centre and St. Benedict’s euchre parties. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Sunday, March 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will offered at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jim Higgins at St. Benedict’s Church on Monday, March 2nd at 10 a.m. Interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
