Obituary of Lucien Lacasse

LACASSE, LUCIEN – At Afton Park Place on Tuesday, January, 27, 2009 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Jeanne (Roy). Dear father of Rick & his wife Glenda, Sarnia, Mike & his wife Judy, Thamesford, Pat, Sarnia, and Danny & his wife Kirsten, Stellarton, Nova Scotia. Proud grandfather of Courtney, Kristine, Julia, Griffin and Jake. Brother of Jack, Marie-Jeanne, Alberte and Isabelle. Brother-in-law of Irene Lacasse, Sarnia. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Paul-Andre and Rene and sisters Annette, Rita and Marie-Marthe. Lucien was a proud 50 year member of The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and the Knight’s of Columbus. The family would like to thank Dr. William O’Mahony and the staff of Afton Park Place Maddison Unit for the excellent care given to Lucien during the last 4 years. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N. on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. officiated by Fr. Terence Runstedler. Cremation to follow.
