Obituary of Callie Angela Matz

MATZ, Callie Angela – With great sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful angel Callie on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, London. Callie was born on Friday, December 5, 2008 and will be lovingly remembered by her mommy and daddy Michelle (St. Pierre) and Joe Matz; big sister Jessica; mimi and papa Mariette and Marcel St. Pierre and nana and papa Rosalie and Joseph Matz; great-grandmother Elizabeth Jean; aunts and uncles Lisa St. Pierre (Sylvain Langlois), Rob St. Pierre, Claire Hogan, Julie (Bryan) Dreika; and many loving cousins. Special thanks to Dr. Tracey Crumley, the NICU and 3rd floor staff for their support and wonderful care during our time at the hospital. Private funeral services have been entrusted to McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, 519-344-3131. Interment was held at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may forward memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Health Centre, NICU, 268 Grosvenor Street, London, Ontario N6A 4V2 or the Ronald McDonald House of Southwestern Ontario, 741 Base Line Road East, London, ON N6C 2R6.
