DESJARDINS, BERTHA (GENDRON) – Bertha passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Bluewater Health – Palliative Care. Predeceased by husband of 53 years Raymond Alphonse Desjardins who passed away March 28, 1997. Loving mother of Maurice Raymond Desjardins & his wife Carolyn, Port Huron, Michigan and Diana Lynn Desjardins, Sarnia. Cherished memere of Missy Lynn & her husband David Betts, Fort Gratiot, Michigan, Aimee Lynn & her husband Patrick Schneble, Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia and Michael Maurice Desjardins, Portage, Michigan. Beloved grand-memere of Kayla and Sidney. Sister-in-law of Bernard Desjardins, Sarnia. Predeceased by parents Alfred Gendron and Alberta Quesnel, by sister Beatrice Desjardins and brothers Ted Gendron & his wife Lucille and Raymond Gendron & his wife Virginia (Jean) all of Sarnia. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, August 16 at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. A luncheon will be held in O.L.M. Parish Hall following the burial.
