Obituary of Germaine Rhea Landry

LANDRY, Germaine - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mrs. Germaine Landry, in her 87th year (nee Rivet) on Monday November 22, 2010, in Chatham. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Harold Landry in December 1984, father Adelard Rivet, and mother Ida (Lavoie) and her husband Bert Robinson. Loving mother of Sharon and her husband Graham Sinclair of Markdale, Larry and his wife Cathy Cook and Raymond Landry, all of Chatham.  Proud grandmother of Tracey and Paul Sidwell, Robert and Natalie Sinclair and William and Theresa Sinclair, Brent and Gretchen Landry, Paige and Rob Bird. Cherished great-grandmother to Justin, Jaime, Jory, Jocelynn, Jeffery, Savannah, Owen, Corey, Alyshia, Amanda, Chantelle, William Jr., Saralynn; and great great-grandmother of Rylan, Eric, Kaylee and Chase, Claire, Emily and Maren.  Dear sister of Georgette Wylie, Gerald and Raymond Rivet.  She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.  Visitation will take place at McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia, on Thursday November 25th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 8:30 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Peter Keller at Sacred Heart Church, 1465 Lecaron Ave., Sarnia on Friday November 26th at 11 a.m.  Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery where she will be reunited with her husband.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may forward memorial donations to the Foundation of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, P.O.
