BENNINGER, “Bill” William Henry – At Afton Park Place on Tuesday, December 14, 2010, Bill died at the age of 87.  Beloved husband of Eileen for 62 years.  Loving father of Bill Benninger, Bruce (Linda) Benninger and Joan (Michael) Roffey.  Proud grandfather of Kirk and Colleen Benninger and Matthew and Katie Roffey.  Dear brother of Bertha.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his parents Rose and Charles Benninger and siblings Clayton, Gerald, Eugene, Lucy, Rita and Alice.  Bill was an active member and Past President of the Seaway Kiwanis for many years.  Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Saturday, December 18th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
