Obituary of Pat Britton

BRITTON, “Pat” Patricia – With her husband by her side at Bluewater Health, on Saturday, March 19, 2011, Pat died peacefully at the age of 79.  Beloved wife of Reg for 57 years.  Dear sister of Anna Jordan and sister-in-law of Stewart Britton and his wife Donna.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her sisters Eileen Barry and Mary Cote, and brothers Joe, Bob, and Jimmy Curry.  Pat was a great lover of all sports, in particular golf, and was a member of the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club.  Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Tuesday, March 22nd from 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be offered at 8 p.m.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, Sarnia Lambton Chapter, 420 East St., N., Sarnia  N7T 6Y5.  Messages of condolence & memories may be left at www.mckenzieblundy.com A tree will be planted in memory of Pat Britton in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest.
