Obituary of Oliva Petrillo DiBrita

PETRILLO DI BRITA, Oliva R. – Peacefully at home with family by her side on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, Oliva died at the age of 90.  Beloved wife of the late Nicola (2001).  Loving mother of Mario (Maria) Di Brita, Rosanna (J. Miguel) Zuniga, Antonio (Antonina) Di Brita,  and her late infant daughters Berta and Angela.  Proud nonna of Barbara (John), Nick (Lianne), Andrea (Cassandra), Jordan, Stefania, Sebastiao, Gabriel and the late Maria Jose; and bisnonna of Alexander and Aubrey.  Dear sister of Biagio (Cristina), Antonio (Filomena), Lucio (Maria Grazia), Consolata (the late Pino), the late Giuseppe (Carmela); and sister-in-law of Michele (the late Maria).  Also survived by extended family in both Canada and Italy.  Predeceased by her parents Carmela and Vito.  Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, June 25th at 10 a.m.  Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice, 475 N.
