MERCURIO, Myrtle (nee McLean) – At Sumac Lodge on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Michael. Dear mother of Michael (Carol) Mercurio, Lynn Mercurio and Gina Ulinski all of Sarnia. Loving grandmother of David, Michelle, Lance, Joshua and Stephanie. Also surviving are 10 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews. Very special sister-in-law of Virginia Mercurio, Brantford. Former mother-in-law of Don Burden and Judy Mercurio.  Predeceased by brothers Longe, Edmund and Joseph McLean and sisters Helen Parsons and Vivian Fish. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady Mercy Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 519-344-3131.  In lieu of flowers friends who wish may forward memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation, 714 London Rd., Sarnia, N7T 4Y1 or the Canadian Cancer Society, 714 Lite St., Point Edward, N7V 1A6.  Messages of condolence & memories may be left at www.mckenzieblundy.com A tree will be planted in memory of Myrtle Mercurio in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Forest.
