Obituary of Peggy Carter

CARTER, Peggy – After a brief illness, Peggy passed away at Bluewater Health on Saturday, November 5, 2011, surrounded by her husband Don, son Nick, brother Dan (Giselle) Owen and her family and friends. Peggy & Don shared a true passion for cars and guitars. At Peggy’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at the C.E.P.U. Hall, 900 Devine St. (at Indian) on Sunday, November 20, 2011 starting at noon. Everyone is welcome to attend.
