Obituary of Vera Sewell

SEWELL, Vera – At Bluewater Health on Friday, November 11, 2011, with her husband of 60 years and children by her side, Vera died at the age of 79.  Beloved wife of Joseph.  Loving mother of Joseph (Dawn) Sewell, Angela (Mike) Clayton, Karen Sewell and Gail (Jeff) Forget.  Proud grandma of Tammy Lynn, Sean, Carl, Christopher, Melanie, Rodney, Ryan, Danielle, Logan, Andre and Devin; and great-grandmother of Jordan, Misty, Ally, Auston, Kayla, Reigen, Aiden, Emma, Zoe, Gage and Ethan.  Dear sister of Irene Coburn, Lily Martin, Frances (Billy) Simpson, the late Rhoda Neil, William Coburn, Margaret McCoubrey, Evelyn Hillis and Clifford Coburn.  Also survived by the Sewell family.  A Celebration of Vera’s life will be held at the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, November 16th at 2 p.m. with Allan McKeown officiating.  As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to Alzheimer Society, 420 East St., Sarnia  N7T 6Y5 or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation, 774 London Rd., Sarnia  N7T 4Y1.
